All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders placed after 2 PM EDT will be processed the next business day. If there are delays in processing due to high order volumes or unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you via email or phone.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer standard shipping options as well as expedited services depending on your location.
- Standard Shipping (3-7 business days): Flat rate of $8.00
- Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days): Additional charges apply based on your location.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to shipping carrier delays, which are beyond our control.
3. Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship only to locations within the United States. We do not ship to states or regions where CBD or Delta-8 THC products are restricted or illegal. Please check your local laws before placing an order, as we reserve the right to cancel any orders shipped to restricted areas.
4. Age Verification
Due to the nature of our products, you must be 21 years of age or older to purchase from Lexington Wellness. Age verification may be required during checkout or upon delivery.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information. You can track your order directly through the shipping carrier’s website using the provided tracking number.
6. Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for shipping delays due to incorrect addresses, inclement weather, or shipping carrier issues. Please ensure your shipping information is correct when placing an order.
7. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package is damaged in transit or marked as delivered but not received, please contact us within 48 hours at [email protected] or (707) 758-2349. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. Lexington Wellness is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.
